I'm cool with characters knowing Pokemon as a fictional thing in their world, and I'm cool with that informing people's CR with Sapphire, but the whole "wait what my world is a GAME" thing is something that bores me to tears so I'd rather not thread it out or have Sapphire dwelling on it a lot. If you can nudge threads away from that kind of content, please do; if it's totally inescapable, feel free to hit me up OOC and we can talk over how that might affect things, or handwave some interactions if need be.
